1 Before spraying, safety technical training must be carried out, and work is not allowed without training.
2 Before painting, all painting equipment and tools must be comprehensively inspected, and can only be operated after confirming that there are no problems.
3 The ventilation and purification of the painting workplace shall meet the requirements of GB 6415.
4 During operation, the Safety Technology Department shall assign special personnel to regularly measure the oxygen content and combustible gas concentration in the air in the confined space. The oxygen content shall be more than 18%, and the combustible gas concentration shall be less than 10% of the lower explosive limit.
5 At least two or more persons shall be assigned to work together for painting in the cabin. If the working place is too narrow and can only accommodate one person, the other person shall be responsible for monitoring.
6 Painting at heights shall comply with the Safety Regulations for High Altitude Operation of Ship Building.
7 When more than one spray gun is working at the same time, the spacing must be extended (about 5m), and spraying shall be carried out in a certain direction.
8 For special painting operations, special personnel shall be assigned to manage the spraying equipment and hoses. In case of equipment failure or abnormality, personnel in the cabin shall be notified to evacuate from the cabin and the maintenance personnel shall be responsible for maintenance.
9 High pressure jet and leakage of airless spray paint may cause serious injury accidents. During operation, the following shall be done:
a. Never point the nozzle of the spray gun at others or yourself at any time;
b. Do not touch the nozzle with your fingers or peep at the muzzle;
C. When cleaning the spray gun, the pump driving source shall be cut off, the pressure shall be released, and the safety device shall be sold to the spray gun before cleaning;
d. When the spray gun is out of use, the safety latch must be pinned.
10 After the operation, the spray gun must be removed from the cabin in time, and the ventilation must continue until the paint film is completely cured.
11 After painting, the workplace shall be cleaned in time, and the remaining paint and solvent shall be returned to the warehouse in time. It is not allowed to place them randomly.
12 Operators must wear protective masks, rubber gloves, eye shields and other related protective equipment.
